GM-6A Crawler Type Fully Hydraulic Engineering Drilling Rig is a new model developed by our factory according to the market demand of engineering, mainly applicable to rotary drilling, auger drilling, air submersible hammer drilling, pipe following drilling, high-pressure rotary spray construction, and other drilling process methods.
Feature:
1. The shell: the installation of the shell shape not only makes the machine more scientific but also protects the key hydraulic parts from pollution.
2. Outriggers: not only to protect the cylinder from damage but also to enhance the support strength.
3. Console: split console, make the operation simpler, to avoid misuse. The console can swing and rotate, and the distance from the orifice can be adjusted to facilitate the observation of the orifice.
4. Track: longer and stronger track, effectively preventing sagging, to adapt to a wider range of strata.
5. Lifting: Adjustable orifice height no longer depends on the level of the face.
6. Automatic turntable: eliminating manual labor, it is easier and more convenient.
7. Through-hole high-pressure faucet: the necessary equipment to expand the head construction.
8. Power head: The drilling machine gyrator is driven by a double hydraulic motor, with higher output torque and a lower swing center than similar products, which greatly improves the balance of drilling rig drilling. Expansion joints are configured to greatly extend the drill pipe thread life. The sliding mode of the power head is a roller, the drilling angle is stable and the maintenance cost is low. Modular design, the whole machine reserved spare hydraulic system position, convenient later upgrade to change the top driving head, realize top drive construction.
9. Cooling system: According to the customer's special conditions, the cooling system is optimized to ensure that the hydraulic system when the outdoor temperature is 45 °C, the maximum temperature does not exceed 70 °C.
Optional Parts:
1. GM-6A Multifunctional Engineering Drilling Rig can be equipped with high power and high flow XTB series foundation strengthening pump and automatic mixer.
2. Wireless transmission and diesel power units are optional to monitor and control the equipment on the drilling rig.
Note: The user can choose diesel engine power, electric motor power, or diesel engine power/motor dual power.

It can be widely used in the following engineering fields: tunnel pipe shed support, over-advance forecast, deep foundation pit anchorage, open quarry shell hole, anti-floating anchorage, ground source heat pump hole, hydrological water well, and geological disaster management.
