Application:
It can be appropriate for carbide bits drilling, rotation drilling, auger drilling, pneumatic DTH hammer drilling, and following-up casing drilling. Besides, extensional functions such as rotary jet grouting, swivel jet grouting, or fixed jet grouting drilling techniques can be done as well; This engineering driller can be applied in tunnels Pipe shed support, rock and soil anchoring, blasting holes, embankments, and dam reinforcement, drilling hole for geothermal energy, hydrological wells, foundation pile construction and geological disaster treatment and other engineering fields.
Note: The user can choose diesel engine power, electric motor power, or diesel engine power/motor dual power.
Main Features:
1. Multi-directional luffing mechanism, the drilling rig can perform multi-row and multi-angle drilling in one position.
2. Large rotating torque and long feed stroke, drilling efficiency is improved.
3. The crawler has a self-propelled function, equipped with a frame rotation device, which is convenient and fast for moving and accurate hole alignment.
4. Equipped with hydraulic clamp and shackle device to shorten installing and replacing time and reduce labor intensity.

6. The power head adopts hydromechanical variable transmission. When equipped with different power heads, it meets the requirements of different drilling techniques.
7. With the direct-acting load feedback and fine-tuning variable hydraulic system, the power changes with the load, high efficiency, and low energy consumption.
8. Equipped with a display device that shows power head rotation speed, lifting speed and perpendicularity column, fast and accurate hole positioning.
Construction Scope of Drilling Rig:
1. Suitable for high-speed drilling in soil, sand, and other strata, mud slag discharge; three-wing drill bit, or horseshoe-shaped drill bit drilling.
2. Air down-the-hole hammer drilling and air slag discharge in rock formations and broken layers.
3. Hole bottom hydraulic hammer drilling and mud discharge slag in broken layer, sand egg layer, etc.
4. Drill robe or rob and casing combined drilling.
6. Meet single-tube, double-tube, triple-tube jet grouting drilling, and swing or fixed jet grouting technique requirements, (customer optional).
7. Equipment with the high-pressure grouting pump, mud mixer, rotary or swing jet drilling tool, deflector, nozzle, three-wing drill bit, horseshoe-shape drill bit, and PDC drill bit of Xi Tan Equipment Company.
8. Reducing joints is good for seamlessly connecting with domestic and foreign drilling tools.
